You know that Indiana 4-H supporters are known for a shared commitment to getting a job done and getting it done right. You also know that, many times, living up to that commitment means that everybody pitches in to help. There are several ways you can get involved to help the Indiana 4-H Foundation in our ongoing job of supporting Indiana 4-H youth and programming.

Volunteer :: Indiana 4-H Foundation Booth, Indiana State Fair

No state can boast a state fair quite like ours! You can be a part of our Great Indiana State Fair this year by volunteering to help with the Indiana 4-H Foundation booth in Our Land Pavilion.

When you volunteer, you have a chance to make a real difference. You can introduce a family who has never heard of Indiana 4-H to all of the great things that Indiana 4-H can offer. You can encourage 4-H families to start supporting the Indiana 4-H Foundation so that we can continue to fund the programs and scholarships that they depend on.

When you volunteer, you will get one complimentary ticket to the State Fair for each day that you commit to work. If you volunteer for 2 or more shifts, you will also get a coupon for a free milkshake or grilled cheese sandwich from the Dairy Bar, which is adjacent to Our Land Pavilion.

Volunteer :: Office Help, West Lafayette

The Indiana 4-H Foundation does a lot of work for all 92 counties in Indiana – but we only have two employees. There are several tasks in our office that our time-consuming, but important. You can be a big help for the Foundation and Indiana 4-H by volunteering to come spend some time in our office to take care of some of these tasks. If you live in the West Lafayette area and are willing to help, please contact Rachel to find out what opportunities exist for volunteering in our office.

Volunteer :: Office Help, Your Home Computer!

In addition to needing help with tasks in our office, we also have several projects that you could work on at your home computer! A sample of such a project would be researching specific business addresses and compiling them in a spreadsheet. If you think you could help with a project like this, please contact Rachel today.
