It was wonderful spending time with so many familiar faces and lots of new 4-H friends at the Indiana 4-H Foundation 2025 Annual Meeting on Sunday, May 18th! Thank you to Purdue Extension-Lake County 4-H for co-hosting this year’s event at the Gary Area Career Center. We were treated to a delicious lunch made by students of the culinary arts program, including a salad of fresh greens grown in the aeroponic towers donated by Farm Credit Mid-America.
We also enjoyed a presentation by YES Grants recipient Sebastian Rzadkosz, a STEM demonstration by Lin Wozniewski, and a testimonial by 4-H Ambassador Caroline Donaldson.
