It was wonderful spending time with so many familiar faces and lots of new 4‑H friends at the Indiana 4‑H Foundation 2025 Annual Meeting on Sunday, May 18th! Thank you to Purdue Extension-Lake County 4‑H for co-hosting this year’s event at the Gary Area Career Center. We were treated to a delicious lunch made by students of the culinary arts program, including a salad of fresh greens grown in the aeroponic towers donated by Farm Credit Mid-America.
We also enjoyed a presentation by YES Grants recipient Sebastian Rzadkosz, a STEM demonstration by Lin Wozniewski, and a testimonial by 4‑H Ambassador Caroline Donaldson.
