Charlie Kimball competes for AJ Foyt Racing as the first licensed driver with diabetes to win a race in the NTT IndyCar Series. A California native who now calls Indiana home, he is a 4-H alumnus, recipient of the Distinguished 4-H Alumni Medallion, and national advocate for the 4-H program. Join us Wednesday, April 21 at 7 p.m. to hear Charlie talk about his background in racing and farming, how he continues to apply the skills he learned in 4-H, and how STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) is helping him reach peak performance as a diabetic race car driver. We’ll catch up with Charlie a little more than a month before he’s set to compete in the 105th running of the Indianapolis 500 Race.
