Kylee Bosstick from Clay County set a goal to install new trash cans alongside three other 4-Hers at their local fairgrounds. Her goal was to eliminate litter on the ground, improve the look of the fairgrounds, and improve the safety of attendees — all the while, making a positive impact on the environment.
Kylee made a great impact on her community and established new connections with leaders in her county, working closely with the 4-H Council. She is now confident to lead a team with the skills she developed in leading this project: time management, communication, and teamwork to get a project done.
