Kylee Bosstick from Clay County set a goal to install new trash cans alongside three other 4‑Hers at their local fairgrounds. Her goal was to eliminate litter on the ground, improve the look of the fairgrounds and improve the safety of attendees. All the while, making a positive impact on the environment.
Kylee made a great impact on her community and established new connections with leaders in her county. She worked closely with the 4‑H Council who had great responses to her work. Kylee is now confident to lead a team with the skills she developed in leading this project: time management, communication, and teamwork to get a project done.
